I have toured the Diamond Princess before and this sister ship was virtually identical - a beautiful new Princess ship (first sailed in 2004). The Sapphire Princess had a very nice pool area, spa, dining rooms, large kids club area, and sparkled throughout like it was brand new. The only negative I saw was that the staterooms seemed a bit small, and some of the balconies you could see into from the balconies on the deck above. If booking a balcony on this ship I'd pick a stateroom on the top deck of balconies.
