The Island Princess was a 3 hour drive away from Anchorage in Seward, Alaska. Along the way we stopped at a nature area where I took this picture of the first Alaska glacier I saw. Starting in 2004 Princess will be sailing out of Whittier, which is only a 1 1/2 hour drive from Anchorage.
